Reviewing Caraway’s Squareware Collection: Does Your Kitchen Need It?

If you’ve read my main Caraway review, you’ll know how much I love my Caraway cookware. We still use it almost everyday after owning it for nearly three years now.

There’s so many things to love about Caraway’s cookware. The functionality is phenomenal, the aesthetics are stunning, the pans are beyond easy to clean, and it’s non-toxic. What more could you ask for?! Truly, I am a huge fan of Caraway and was thrilled to test out the Squareware collection!

What’s in the Box?

The Caraway Squareware Collection is a 7-piece set that includes:

  • 11″ Square Griddle Pan
  • 11″ Square Grill Pan
  • 19″ x 12″ Double Griddle Pan
  • 16″ x 13″ Roasting Pan and Rack
  • 2 Storage Organizers

Each piece is crafted with Caraway’s signature non-toxic ceramic coating, making them not only beautiful but also safe for your health and the environment.

My Experience with Caraway’s Squareware Collection

I own the Cookware and Cookware+ sets and was really excited to see this collection launch! It’s a really great complement to the rest of the cookware and is great if you host or cook for a crowd often.

The double griddle pan is far and away my favorite pan in the collection! I have been wanting a griddle pan for ages and was thrilled when Caraway released one. It fits across my burners seamlessly and makes cooking for my family of 5 a breeze.

I’ve made quesadillas and big batches of pancakes on the griddle pan. I swear I am whipping it out at least once a week! I love the smaller square pan for smaller meals like grilled cheese and soup (#soupszn is the best season). The grill pan is perfect for grilled chicken and steak!

Here are a few key things I’ve loved about this collection and all of Caraway in general:

  1. Design: Caraway’s design is thoughtful and smart. Each collection complements the otehrs and is perfect together. The color options are gorgeous. Cooking with Caraway makes every meal feel like a special occasion.
  2. Durability: Made from high-quality ceramic, these pieces are designed to last. They’re chip-resistant and can handle the hustle and bustle of daily use without losing their charm. I’ve had some of my pans for almost three years and they still work perfectly with proper care.
  3. Non-Toxic: Like all Caraway products, the Squareware collection is free from harmful chemicals like PFOA, PTFE, and heavy metals. You can enjoy your meals knowing your kitchenware is safe for you and your family (this is super important to me) while making cooking easy.
  4. Easy to Clean: The non-stick surface means you’ll spend less time scrubbing and more time actually enjoying cooking.

Are There Any Cons?

If I had to name a downfall, I would say that the main thing that’s tough about these pans is that they are large and more difficult to store than the main cookware set. I keep them in my lower oven because of their size (especially the roasting pan). But I do reach for them A LOT so I think it’s worth it to have to find a place to keep them.

My Final Thoughts: Do You Need The Squareware Collection?

If you love cooking and frequently cook meals for multiple people or meal prep – you’ll LOVE This collection. It’s the perfect blend of form and function, making every meal a delightful experience. One of my best friends is a single gal who just bought her first house and bought the Squareware for her kitchen and she loves it too! I think it’s ultimately all about what you will use personally but I do not think you will regret the purchase! The quality is top notch and if you host or cook large meals, you’ll love it!

Head over to Caraway’s website and treat yourself to the Squareware collection. Your kitchen deserves it, and so do you!
